The card game Bauer was published in May 2024 after a successful crowdfunding campaign that ended on December 15, 2023 with 193 wonderful backers and a total of 63,592 kr ($6400 USD) funded.
The game was born out of a desire from its creators to make a fun, pocket-sized, card game together. They gathered for one week to playtest some ideas and eventually found something they thought had potential. Further development and playtesting occured remotely and when everything was done and all the costs for producing the game had been calculated, they launched a campaign to crowdfund the printing of 1500 copies of a card game that could fit in your pocket. Thus Bauer was born.
